Biography

Kimberly Wright is located in Georgia and is a Partner in the Southeast Litigation Group. Ms. Wright focuses her legal practice on the defense of creditors’ rights, representing mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in both State and Federal Courts.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of complex litigation matters, including wrongful foreclosure, wrongful eviction, and alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as other applicable State and Federal laws.

In addition to creditors’ rights defense, Ms. Wright represents clients in HOA litigation, title curative matters, and condemnation actions. She is recognized for her strategic approach to litigation and her commitment to delivering effective legal solutions for financial institutions and corporate clients.
